Who handles your enquiry?

Spray Wizz is the mobile cosmetic repair business receiving enquiries through this website. For questions about your information or a repair, call 07810 057 854.

What the quote form collects

We collect your name, telephone number, postcode, repair type and any optional email or vehicle details you provide. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information. We use your enquiry to assess your repair, confirm service availability and contact you about a quote or booking.

Campaign information

The form also includes available campaign parameters (such as UTM source, medium and campaign), advertising click identifiers, landing page, referring page and timestamps. These help identify the advert that generated an enquiry. Arbitrary URL parameters are excluded. No Google or Meta advertising pixels are installed on this website.

Your storage choices

With “Allow attribution”, first and latest campaign information is stored in your browser for up to 90 days after your last visit and included with a later enquiry. With “Essential only”, this information is held only for the current page visit; cross-visit attribution is not stored. Your privacy choice is remembered for up to 180 days. You can change it using “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the home page. Choosing essential only removes stored attribution.

How information is delivered

When online enquiries are connected, your details are sent securely through this website’s server to the enquiry system used by Spray Wizz. Hosting and enquiry service providers may process information on our behalf. If online submission is unavailable, the form will say so and will not show a successful submission.

WhatsApp and telephone

WhatsApp links open a separate service. Information you send there is handled under that service’s privacy terms and used by Spray Wizz to respond to you. Telephone links open your device’s calling application.

Use, retention and your choices

Enquiry details are used to take steps at your request before a potential booking. Campaign measurement supports understanding enquiry sources; optional browser storage requires your choice. We do not enrol you in a marketing list through this form. Information should be kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, booking and applicable record-keeping requirements.
